What do you do if you want to sue someone for a personal injury, but they don't have any insurance?

CTP and the nominal defendant cover injuries in MVAs, but an injury elsewhere, if they have no insurance, you just have to sue the persoan or the company

One of the things you would check before you decided to sue a person or a compnay is whether they have insurance, and whether they have the financial means to satisfy any judgement against them.
