Lawspace Terms and Conditions of Membership If you choose to sign up as a member, these terms and conditions of membership apply. This site, and its domain name, are independently owned and operated, and registered as a Business in Queensland, Australia, ABN 50501757276, BN21094998. Before you sign up as a member, you should read these terms and conditions. 1. Membership terms and conditions.1.1 Once you tick “I have read and agree to the terms of service” and click “continue”, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1.2 We may vary or update these terms and conditions of service at any time. You will be notified of any changes when you next log in as a member.1.3 Unless you then notify us that you wish to terminate your membership, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in Membership terms and conditions.2. Membership and subscription.2.1 Ordinary membership is free.2.2 From time to time, we may offer special categories of membership which shall require a subscription fee.
